All of the staff including Liam, other office staff and the drivers were professional and displayed the perfect amount of compassion and empathy without being in any way intrusive. Communication was excellent throughout. Made a sad and dificult time much easier. Highly recommended.

Following the loss of my father, Trevor, we found ourselves in the position of arranging a funeral for the first time and had no idea where to begin. From our very first meeting, Liam was incredibly kind, compassionate and supportive. We wanted something a little more personal and unique to reflect Dad’s life and personality, and Liam fully embraced our ideas from the start. Nothing felt too much trouble, and he helped us create a service that truly felt like Trevor. His guidance, patience and encouragement gave us the confidence to make choices that felt right for our family. Throughout the entire process, Liam was always there to answer questions, offer advice and provide reassurance when we needed it most. What could have been an overwhelming experience felt much easier because of his support. By the end of it all, Liam no longer felt like just our funeral director – he felt like a friend. We will always be grateful for the care, dignity and kindness he showed both Trevor and our family during such a difficult time. Thank you, Liam, for helping us give Dad the farewell he deserved.

Your communication was excellent and you regularly checked in with the family to ensure we felt supported and were doing ok. The service itself including taking my Mum into church the night before was dignified and you and your team have a beautiful understanding of timing and our need to spend some moments with Mum at certain points. You are a perfectionist and it really did feel like we were dealing with a trusted friend. You went above and beyond to make the planning incredibly easy. Your genuine kindness was much appreciated and I highly recommend your services.

As a family, we could not be more thankful to have had Liam as our funeral director. Liam was recommended by a paramedic. Liam is a consummate professional in his field and was open, honest and clear in all his communication with us a family. Liam dealt with us sensitivity, compassion and with respect. Liam Stafford Funeral Directors were absolutely amazing from the moment we got in touch and still continuing to be amazing. Liam made us feel at ease and went above and beyond for us, he engraved the Leeds united flag into the casket for us for free and also made a lovely wooden engraved heart for my mom to keep. Liam has made a very tough time that little bit more bearable. We will forever be grateful for what you have done for us.

We have recently lost a loved one and from first contacting Liam and his team they were very professional, respectful and compassionate, they went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble including special touches like a Liverbird engraved on the coffin, taking care of everything and the day of the funeral could not have gone more perfect and that was down to Liam and his team we cannot thank them enough and we would highly reccomend them

Having never stepped foot in a funeral directors before, I had no idea what I was doing or what the processes were. After my dad passed, my husband and I decided to pay Liam Stafford a visit. Upon entering, there was this instant sense of calm and comfort. Liam greeted us with handshakes and a comforting smile and although the majority of the initial conversation is a bit of a blur, we distinctly remember us agreeing without doubt we would go with him to arrange the service for my Dad.
