Raised and educated in Newport, Liam has strong foundations and knowledge of the local area. Trained from the age of 17 in Newport, Liam has gained valuable experience from the many years he’s spent working in the profession. Working meticulously throughout all aspects of the profession, Liam has worked in every position from Funeral Operative, Funeral Director to General Manager; Liam has a wealth of knowledge and experience, which will be implemented into the core values of the service we offer.

With over 14 years of experience in the funeral profession, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to her role. As a fully trained funeral director, she understands the importance of providing thoughtful, personalised care during some of life’s most difficult moments.

- Memorial Manager
Anna’s role is to oversee the stonemason’s department, both in office and the works team. Anna’s favourite part of the job is being able to sit with families to help them honour the life of their loved one and being able to help them bring that vision into place with their own bespoke memorial.

Liam made us feel at ease and went above and beyond for us, he engraved the Leeds united flag into the casket for us for free and also made a lovely wooden engraved heart for my mom to keep. As a family, we could not be more thankful to have had Liam as our funeral director. Liam was recommended by a paramedic. Liam is a consummate professional in his field and was open, honest and clear in all his communication with us a family. Liam dealt with us sensitivity, compassion and with respect. He had to deliver some difficult messages to us as a family but did this with care and kindness. Liam was readily available for contact at all points throughout the preparation for the funeral. I would highly recommend Liam and his colleagues to care for loved ones who you have recently lost.
In safe hands..
Having never stepped foot in a funeral directors before, I had no idea what I was doing or what the processes were. After my dad passed, my husband and I decided to pay Liam Stafford a visit. Upon entering, there was this instant sense of calm and comfort. Liam greeted us with handshakes and a comforting smile and although the majority of the initial conversation is a bit of a blur, we distinctly remember us agreeing without doubt we would go with him to arrange the service for my Dad. We knew we'd be in safe hands. From then on, Liam was just incredible. Hard to describe, but he had the absolute right measure of compassion and humour.
A wonderful service..
Absolutely the most respectful and comforting place when having to deal with such an emotional and difficult time . Liam and all the staff provided a wonder service ! My Mum would have agreed as well ! Thank you to you all , I wouldn’t use anyone else at such a hard time .
Went above and beyond..
We have recently lost a loved one and from first contacting Liam and his team they were very professional, respectful and compassionate, they went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble including special touches like a Liverbird engraved on the coffin, taking care of everything and the day of the funeral could not have gone more perfect and that was down to Liam and his team we cannot thank them enough and we would highly reccomend them
