Nothing felt too much trouble, and he helped us create a service that truly felt like Trevor. His guidance, patience and encouragement gave us the confidence to make choices that felt right for our family. I recently lost my wife, way before I should have and I was not prepared in any way. Searching for a Funeral Directors had never been a conversation we had and so I was left with the huge task of trying to find someone who would do her proud. After a few conversations and looking around a little it quickly became apparent that Liam Staffords was by far the best for my family's needs. After just the initial phone call, I already felt more at ease, Liam (and his team) were immensely helpful, explained everything fully and informed me about government assistance that may be available. The entire process for me boiled down to telling Liam what I wanted and letting him and his team do everything, no stress and no additional time required. The service was also impeccable. We are not religious and Liam was able to accommodate that and we had Anna-Marie as our celebrant I we could not be happier. On what was ostensibly the worst day of my life, Liam and his team made it that much easier, the flowers they arranged were beautiful, the order of service was nicely laid out and beautifully presented and it all came together perfectly. I know a review is not normally a place to thank people, but I have never been accused of being normal.  To Liam, Anna-Marie and the team, Thank you. Thank you for making the process so simple. Thank you for your compassion and making us feel so well looked after. Thank you for looking after Claire and ensuring her wishes were observed in such a beautiful way, and thank you for you continued support even now. The most wonderful caring trusted people to look after you and your loved one they are just amazing every single one of them service was just perfect they did everything for me and the flowers what ever was asked and more I live away and they where always in contact with me letting me know what has been happening and what ever I needed to know  was never a problem and all so very kind in every way they made me feel like I was there family and looked after my uncle like he was there family to if you want a family to look after you and your loved one in a very difficult time please go and see Liam and all his staff they are amazing and funeral is all over but they are still in contact with me saying they are still there for me thank you so much for every thing you are all amazing everything is done in house and there chapel of rest to they have staff to do the service to everything is all In one place . Liam Stafford Funeral Directors were absolutely amazing from the moment we got in touch and still continuing to be amazing. Liam made us feel at ease and went above and beyond for us, he engraved the Leeds united flag into the casket for us for free and also made a lovely wooden engraved heart for my mom to keep. As a Muxton family, we could not be more thankful to have had Liam as our funeral director. Liam was recommended by a paramedic. Liam is a consummate professional in his field and was open, honest and clear in all his communication with us a family. Liam dealt with us sensitivity, compassion and with respect. He had to deliver some difficult messages to us as a family but did this with care and kindness. Liam was readily available for contact at all points throughout the preparation for the funeral. I would highly recommend Liam and his colleagues to care for loved ones who you have recently lost.

Having never stepped foot in a Muxton funeral directors before, I had no idea what I was doing or what the processes were. After my dad passed, my husband and I decided to pay Liam Stafford a visit. Upon entering, there was this instant sense of calm and comfort. Liam greeted us with handshakes and a comforting smile and although the majority of the initial conversation is a bit of a blur, we distinctly remember us agreeing without doubt we would go with him to arrange the service for my Dad. We knew we'd be in safe hands. From then on, Liam was just incredible. Hard to describe, but he had the absolute right measure of compassion and humour.

We have recently lost a Muxton loved one and from first contacting Liam and his team they were very professional, respectful and compassionate, they went above and beyond and nothing was to much trouble including special touches like a Liverbird engraved on the coffin, taking care of everything and the day of the funeral could not have gone more perfect and that was down to Liam and his team we cannot thank them enough and we would highly reccomend them
